Key responsibilities of a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
* Building relationships with the estate agency team through training and support.
* Participating in regular team meetings to discuss best practices and foster relationships.
* Conducting 2 to 3 appointments daily.
* Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
* Attracting new customers and business while working towards professional goals in a result-driven environment.
Skills and experience required:
* Resilient, positive, and friendly with a can-do attitude.
* Proven ability to generate new sales and follow through to completion.
* Motivated to succeed.
* Always prioritize doing the right thing for the customer.
* Able to work under pressure and build strong relationships.
* Attention to detail.
* Good customer service skills.
* Full UK driving license.
