We’re partnering with a market-leading organisation that is launching an 18-month graduate programme (STEM) focused on building the next generation of technical and consulting talent within the security and data space. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing team working at the intersection of technology, analytics, and digital resilience, with structured training and real project exposure from day one.
The ideal candidates will be curious and ambitious graduates who are excited by technology and want to build a career in the cybersecurity and data landscape. You’ll be eager to learn, comfortable working with both technical concepts and people, and motivated by the chance to develop quickly in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
Key Requirements
* Interest in data, automation, monitoring, observability or analytics
* Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g. Python, Bash) is desirable
* Awareness of cloud or data concepts is beneficial
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively
* Achieved a 2:1 degree (or above) in a technical or analytical discipline from a Russell Group University plus 3 or more A-levels
