Plumber. Location: Nottingham. Hours: 37 hours per week. Salary: £20.48 per hour.

Responsibilities
* Installation and maintenance of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, heating, and sanitation installations.
* Maintenance of fixtures such as wash hand basins, showers, toilets, radiators, and foul drainage systems.
* Fault finding and carrying out repairs to plumbing systems, ensuring issues are identified and resolved effectively.
* Proactive approach to maintaining installations in a safe and serviceable condition to prevent inconvenience to customers.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safe working practices at all times.
* Communicate with tenants, responding to their needs and ensuring high levels of service delivery.
Requirements
* Education & Qualifications: NVQ3 or C&G Advanced Craft in Plumbing. Current ECS Health and Safety Card.
* Experience: Proven experience in all aspects of plumbing, including fault identification and repair. Experience in working with customers with diverse needs.
* Technical Skills: Competent in all aspects of plumbing with the ability to carry out associated tasks (e.g., plaster patching). Proficient in using digital devices (PDA/tablet) for work management.
* Communication Skills: Excellent customer communication and service skills. Able to collaborate with other team members and share technical knowledge.
* Personal Attributes: Flexible approach to work, well-organized, and committed to delivering high-quality service and workmanship.
Additional Requirements
* Full and valid driving license.
* Ability to work in confined spaces and use PPE.
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
* Ability to work on an on-call basis if required.
