If you're looking to work with us on a consultancy or contractor basis, you'll be on a competitive day rate, without the ties. You'll be working with us on a non-exclusive agreement with a say in which types of high quality secondments you'd like to take on. We offer a mix of remote and hybrid opportunities, are and are open to part-time or full-time working arrangements to help support your work-life balance.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you'll need as a minimum:
1. At least 3 years post-qualified-experience (PQE) as a Solicitor in England & Wales, Scotland or another Common law jurisdiction
2. Experience either working within or advising clients within the following sectors: Energy & Natural Resources, Technology, Financial Services, Insurance, Public, Government and Third Sector, Manufacturing, Transport, or Retail and Hospitality
3. Proven experience in delivering high-quality work with a focus on one of the following areas
- Commercial & Corporate
- Procurement
- Real Estate
- Planning
- Insurance
- Financial Services Regulatory
- Transactional Banking
- Dispute Resolution
- Technology / Digital
- Intellectual Property
4. At least 6 months of in-house legal experience gained either as a qualified lawyer in an in-house legal team, on secondment to a client from a private practice law firm or from having trained in-house
