Job Description
Provides direct line management and leadership for all patient care areas. Ensures proper standards are followed for nursing practice and provides interface between the support services and clinical services. Facilitates care delivery system development and operation, including staffing and professional delivery of services. Manages daily operations of clinical and clerical employees, including staffing schedules, while maintaining an efficient and professional work atmosphere. Develops and sets goals at the process, job, and interface level to ensure optimal patient care in order to meet overall organizational goals.
Minimum Education And Experience
* A high school diploma and three years experience or training within specific work area; or an Associate’s degree with one year of experience; or a Bachelor's degree and six months-one-year experience. Experience in a medical capacity preferred.
