Overview
Domiciliary Care Branch Manager — Location: Lowestoft. Reports to: Operations Manager / Regional Operations Director. Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Domiciliary Care Branch Manager for one of our key clients to lead the launch and development of a new home care service. This role involves overseeing the delivery of person-centred care to individuals who wish to remain in their own homes while receiving support with daily living activities. You will manage care plans, supervise staff, and ensure the safety and well-being of clients, promoting independence and positive health outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support branch staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
* Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, client onboarding, care planning, and service coordination.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, implement quality assurance measures, and manage risk effectively.
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the local community; address concerns, conduct assessments, and promote services.
* Monitor branch performance, manage budgets, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for service growth.
Skills and Attributes
* Proven management experience within a domiciliary care setting.
* Strong business acumen with a passion for service development and growth.
* In-depth understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
* Effective leadership and communication skills.
* Full UK driving license.
Education And Qualifications
* Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
