Reporting to the Environmental and Sustainability Manager, the Lead Sustainability Specialist will play a key role in implementing Telent's Sustainability Strategy, supporting Business Units to meet waste and carbon reduction objectives, customer expectations, ISO14001 standards, and legal requirements across our Rail and Asset Management divisions. This role involves up to 50% UK-wide travel.
What You’ll Do
* Provide specialist guidance to EHS teams and project leads on environment and sustainability compliance.
* Support risk management through environmental assurance regimes and audits.
* Assist in preparing sustainability and carbon reduction plans for contracts and bids.
* Develop and maintain performance data and carbon management reports.
* Review environmental aspects and impacts, including climate change risks.
* Support project teams to embed sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Who You Are
