Teaching Assistant (Secondary) – Immediate Start | Raunds Area | Full-Time

This is a full-time, term-time position, ideally suited for someone with previous experience in a similar role or looking to further develop their skills in a supportive school environment.
Role Overview:
* Support pupils across various age groups with their academic and social development.
* Work closely with class teachers to deliver tailored support to individuals and small groups.
* Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
* Provide support to children with additional needs, promoting independence and confidence.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role (preferred but not essential).
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* A flexible and proactive approach to work.
* Relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable).
