The Role
As a Media ECT, you will:

* Receive tailored guidance, training, and mentoring from experienced colleagues.
Requirements
* Is completing their PGCE or equivalent qualification and will hold QTS by January 2026.
* Has a genuine passion for Media and for helping young people reach their potential.
* Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Is a strong communicator with excellent classroom management skills.
* Values teamwork and is eager to contribute to a supportive learning community.
