The Role
We are currently looking for experienced Support Workers to join our growing team. You will be supporting vulnerable individuals in a variety of settings, helping them with daily activities and promoting independence. This will be across various homes in the stockport area
Key Responsibilities
* Providing person-centred care and support
* Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication support
* Supporting individuals to access the community and maintain social activities
* Maintaining accurate records and care notes
* Working collaboratively with other care professionals and families
Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year experience as a Support Worker in the UK
2. Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
