My client is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and tech-confident Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team during an exciting phase of transformation and rebrand. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily troubleshooting and user support for the CRM system.
* Build and manage HubSpot campaigns and workflows to drive marketing and operational objectives.
* Maintain project boards with up-to-date actions, timelines, and ownership.
* Track rebrand progress, assess risks, and flag any scope creep to the Director to ensure smooth delivery.
* Support the website rebuild project, including content curation and writing SEO-optimised content.
* Act as the administrative link between the business and external agencies, ensuring clear communication and timely outputs.
* Coordinate campaign activity, including supporting planning for the soft launch of the upcoming rebrand.
* Assist with content creation, campaign asset development, and cross-team communication.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Exceptional organisation and strong attention to detail.
* Experience using CRM platforms, with HubSpot being essential.
* Confident and clear communication skills with both internal teams and external partners.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and handle challenges proactively.
