Full-time - 37.5 hrs per week working Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
Coordinate with various departments to align production plans with inventory levels and customer demand.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing priorities.
Identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimise work-flow.
Prepare reports on production performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure the availability of materials required for production.
Assist in the development of capacity planning and forecasting strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in production scheduling or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is an advantage.
