Long Term Futures are working in partnership with a warm and welcoming primary school in CV1, Coventry who are seeking a caring and reliable Reception SEN Teaching Assistant. This long-term role involves supporting children with Autism and Speech, Language & Communication Needs within a busy, play-based Reception classroom. You'll work closely with the class teacher and an experienced TA to deliver calm, structured and engaging support throughout the school day. The Role You will support a small group of Reception-aged children with a range of SEN, providing targeted support during continuous provision, carpet sessions and play-based learning activities. In addition to your classroom responsibilities, part of your role will involve working within The Cabin, the school's dedicated SEN provision.
