Salary from: £40,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

As a Procurement Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping us do that. You’ll support how we work with suppliers, making sure they meet our standards and that we manage risk in a simple, effective way.
You’ll be part of our Procurement team, working with colleagues across the business. Together, you’ll help us build strong, trusted supplier relationships that protect our customers and support better outcomes.
This is a great opportunity to grow your experience in procurement, risk and supplier assurance. You’ll also help improve how we work, keeping our processes clear, practical and ready for the future.
How you’ll help us make health happen.
1. Run the full supplier segmentation process, making sure suppliers are correctly classified
2. Keep records accurate and up to date and support in completing data requests
3. Support risk governance meetings and help keep things on track
4. Support the supplier due diligence process, including sending out questions and central tracking of outstanding issues.
5. Work with experts across the business to support our risk processes
6. Track progress and share simple, useful updates
7. Support the supplier assurance programme, including planning and tracking audits
8. Work with internal teams and external auditors to agree audit scope and timelines
9. Track audit progress, findings and actions
10. Summarise outcomes so others can understand what matters quickly
11. Support with risk and control reporting and updates
12. Help improve processes, templates and training materials
13. Support training for colleagues across Procurement
14. Help make sure we meet regulatory and internal standards
15. Spot risks in the supply chain and help manage them
Key skills/Qualifications needed for this role
16. Experience in a similar analyst role, ideally within risk, assurance or governance is required (please include details of your experience in your application)
17. An understanding of working in regulated environments, such as FCA guidelines
18. Confidence using Excel and similar tools to manage and analyse data
19. Good knowledge of supply chains and how risks are identified and managed
20. Able to analyse information and explain it in a clear, simple way
21. Well organised, with the ability to manage your own workload
22. Comfortable working with people across different teams and levels
23. A practical approach, with a focus on improving how things are done
24. A strong focus on delivering a good experience for customers and stakeholders
