We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful school in Portsmouth. About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities. Your main responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small group support to help students access the curriculum effectively Assisting teachers in adapting classroom activities and resources to meet individual needs Supporting students’ social and emotional development to build confidence and independence Helping manage behaviour in a positive and supportive way Working closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other staff to implement personalised learning plans This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working closely with young people and is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
