Key Responsibilities
Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
1. Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
2. Landlord and tenant matters, including granting and renewing leases
3. Property development work
4. Commercial mortgages and secured lending
5. Licences, easements, and other property agreements
6. Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
7. Providing strategic advice to clients and building long-term relationships
8. Supporting business development and networking activities
9. Working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver a joined-up service
About You
10. Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE)
11. Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
12. Excellent client care and communication skills
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
14. Commercially aware and proactive in developing business opportunities
15. Keen to contribute to a friendly, supportive, and non-corporate team culture
