Role: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: RAF Marham
Main Duties & Responsibilities
To implement the building services, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and reactive maintenance (RM) in accordance with the building operational requirements and in compliance with the contract service levels:
1. Keep F-Gas records up to date.
2. Maintaining DX units & Chiller units.
3. Carry out maintenance on various equipment.
4. Minimise downtime of equipment.
5. Participate in a standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours (1 in 6)
6. Working as part of a site team.
What do you need to have?
• Must have a solid working knowledge as an air conditioning engineer.
• Must have proven experience in maintaining and servicing equipment for a wide variety of commercial and industrial clients.
• Must hold Refrigerant handling C&G2079 or equivalent.
• Must show excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills.
• The ideal candidate will show outstanding customer service skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable language for the client.
• A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
