Reporting into Head of Healthcare Operations, in this role, you'll take ownership of your region, creatingand implementing a strategic business plan to achieve targets and foster aculture of outstanding customer care. You'll ensure compliance with legal andprofessional standards, build strong relationships with local commissioners,and champion innovation in pharmacy services.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing:
Lead & Coach: Support pharmacy teams to hit KPIs anddeliver exceptional service.
Strategic Growth: Drive NHS items growth, commissionedservices, and private opportunities.
Develop Talent: Create development plans for PharmacyManagers and Pharmacists.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee audits and adherence to SOPs.
Build Networks: Strengthen relationships with healthcareprofessionals and internal teams.
Empower Teams: Support ER resolution and foster a positivework environment.
👩⚕️ We're LookingFor:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
Experience managing remote teams.
In-depth knowledge of the Pharmacy Contract.
Full UK driving licence.
