About You
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (3–6 years’ PQE).
* Experienced in global technology contracts (outsourcing, SLAs, development).
* An interest in corporate law (M&A, financing, governance).
* Commercially focused, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and passion for technology.
