This role is suitable for experienced teachers, ECTs and those currently training to teach. We offer salaries on the Inner London pay scale.

Our teachers are deeply involved in school life and work together to promote the school’s ethos and vision, for example through active participation in the house system and wider learning opportunities beyond the classroom.
Ealing Fields is easily accessible by public transport, with the Piccadilly line just a short walk away and regular buses to Ealing Broadway, which is served by the Central, District, and Elizabeth lines.

Requirements / Qualifications
* A good degree and Qualified Teacher Status
* The ability to teach Spanish to at least Key Stage 4
* A strong understanding of the National Curriculum requirements
* Awareness of recent developments in curriculum design and teaching and learning
* A clear understanding of strategies to motivate and engage all students across the ability range, supporting a whole-school approach to closing achievement gaps
* Knowledge of effective methods for assessing, recording, and reporting students’ learning and progress
* A reflective mindset and a strong drive for continuous self-improvement
* A commitment to the ethos, values, and wider mission of the school
