The Role
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will take full responsibility for delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4 using structured schemes of work and pre-prepared resources. You will lead learning independently while maintaining the school’s high expectations around behaviour and engagement.
Responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons with departmental support
• Managing behaviour in line with established school policies
• Assessing and providing feedback on student work
• Creating a positive and purposeful classroom environment
• Supporting students’ academic progress and personal development
