Supplying a range of specialist products to customers across the UK and overseas, the company has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and service. The offices are based close to the motorway network and easily commutable with flexible start and finish times. This is a newly created role that reflects the companys continued growth and ambition. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will take ownership of day-to-day financial management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across all financial activities. The ideal candidate will be diligent, methodical, and committed to meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory requirements Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support senior management with commercial insight and financial planning Manage and develop a small finance team Support the external audit process The Person: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or Qualified by Experience Strong attention to detail Proactive, organised, and able to meet deadlines Confident communicator with the ability to engage across the business Keen to make a tangible impact in a growing and fast-moving company This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the finance function in a business with a clear growth trajectory and with every opportunity for the role to develop into a future Financial Director position.
