Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the restaurant team to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
* Assist in training new staff members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
* Oversee food production processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control measures.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
* Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while minimising waste.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for swift resolutions.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
* Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback to enhance skills and efficiency.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant sector is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
