Salary: Approx. £29,000 basic salary & benefits, rising to £60,000 after 4 years based on performance.
Program Overview
Columbus is launching a 2026 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Graduate Programme. The 6‑month initial training covers Dynamics 365 and client‑facing consulting skills. Graduates from diverse subject backgrounds are trained to become business consultants across the digital‑solutions landscape.

* Provide consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation.
* Deliver in‑depth understanding of Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
* Quickly become a respected and credible Microsoft Dynamics Business Consultant.
* Develop expertise in your field and become a trusted advisor to customers.

Qualifications
* Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering or Manufacturing.
* Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for 6 months of training.
* Proactive, confident, and able to understand the business landscape.
* Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad.
* Ability to drive and access to a vehicle.
