About The Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You will assist with daily living, provide companionship, and share positive moments. Every day is unique, offering varied and rewarding work. Your responsibilities may include supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and giving one‑to‑one time.
