Were looking for a Service professional with solid experience in customer facing roles, to join a global leader in compressed air services.
As the Senior Service Coordinator, youll provide administrative support functions to the Service Manager and wider Service Team to facilitate the smooth operation of the aftermarket department.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Contract Manager and Service team
2. Resolve any escalated service inquiry calls from customers and deal with them speedily and effectively
3. Assist with the booking of scheduled service work with the customer and ensure correct usage of resources
4. Handle customer complaints, and refer to correct personnel for investigation
5. Investigate any recording errors and correct as appropriate
6. Coordinate customer requirements to other departments within the business, to ensure effective customer service
7. Communicate solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Service Manager
8. Support the allocation of engineers where necessary liaising with other coordinators
9. Support the management and application of the service database
10. Work alongside the SHEQ Coordinator to standardise service processes in line with agreed outcomes
11. Assist the Marketing team with ideas to promote new/existing products on the website
Skills & Experience
12. 2+ Years experience in a customer facing role
13. Flexibility in role
14. Exceptional attention to detail
15. Excellent time management skills; ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple projects
16. Must be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft family of software particularly Word, Publisher and PowerPoint
17. Time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise workload
18. Analytical aptitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, self-starter, detail oriented, and a professional attitude and appearance
