Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Band 5 District Nurse to work within Integrated Community Teams across Gloucestershire.
Role Details:
Band: 5
Setting: Integrated Community Teams
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension
Pay Rate: £21.50 per hour (Umbrella)Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the community
Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary community teams
Support patients with long-term conditions, wound care, and complex needs
