About the role
Were a small, energetic team and were looking for someone who can coordinate the day-to-day sales liaison with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services.
Reporting to our Communications Director, youll be responsible for the contact management of sales leads, responding primarily via email to people who enquire, answering questions and arranging initial meetings between prospects and our Directors, ensuring regular contact with interested parties and following up contacts after events and webinars to maximise conversion while also keeping our CRM updates and preparing monthly sales reports.
