Sales Advisor - Renewals & Warm Leads
Location: Glasgow - Central
Salary: Up to £28,000 + uncapped commission
Overview
We are looking for a sales superstar to manage warm leads and renewal-based calls with existing clients. You will work with the fire risk assessments team, supporting customers on their 1‑year cover and renewing them for 2–3 years. You will handle the entire sales process independently, close sales over the phone, and earn 100% commission on packages valued between £600 and £1,000.
Responsibilities
* Call existing clients to renew fire risk assessments and upsell additional coverage.
* Manage the full sales process independently and close sales on the phone.
* Retain business and keep clients on our books.
* Track and report sales performance to meet targets.
Qualifications
* Mature, hard‑working attitude with a willingness to pick up the phone and make sales.
* Prior experience or proven ability to sell renewal services or warm lead‑based sales is preferred.
* Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
