This role is based in Erith for an experience Mandarin Speaking Procurement and Sales Manager. This is a KEY ROLE in the Commercial and Operation department and to oversee the procurement and sales operations of finished goods, ensuring cost efficiency, supply chain stability, and sales growth. This role requires strong coordination between procurement, sales, and inventory management to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
* Procurement Management: Develop and execute procurement plans, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective, high-quality sourcing.
* Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve targets while nurturing key customer relationships.
* Inventory Control: Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize risks and reduce costs.
* Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, sales, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market and sales trends, provide actionable insights, and support decision-making.
* Compliance: Ensure all procurement and sales activities adhere to company policies and regulations.
* Performance Reporting: Regularly update the COO on business progress and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in procurement & sales management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or related industries.
* Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sales channel management, and inventory control.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
* Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen.
* Fluent in English (written & spoken); Mandarin proficiency is required.
