* Capel Manor College, London’s specialist environmental college, is looking for a passionate and skilled Assessor in Horticulture and Landscaping to inspire the next generation of green industry professionals.

Whether you come from a horticulture, landscaping, or dual-skilled background, if you can bring industry expertise to life in the classroom and on site, we want to hear from you.
What you will do:
o Deliver engaging and practical lessons in horticulture and landscaping to apprentices
o Teach topics such as plant science, planting design, garden maintenance, hard and soft landscaping, and industry health & safety.
o Plan and assess learning to meet qualification standards.
o Support learners in developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours for success in the workplace.
o Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment in line with College quality processes.
What we are looking for:
o A relevant Level 3 or higher qualification in Horticulture, Landscaping, Garden Design, or related field.
o Strong industry experience in one or both disciplines.
o Assessor and/or Internal Quality Assurance qualifications (desirable).
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
