To provide and promote the highest possible standard of care based onprofessionally determined standards and accept accountability for the patient as an individual, providing autonomy.Participate as an effective practitioner within a multi-disciplinary unit,demonstrating effective teamwork and providing good morale within thedepartment. Main duties of the job

About us
RBH theatres has a dynamic and adaptable theatre team that support 11 theatres working across different specialities including, ENT, Maxio -facial, Vascular, HPB, General, Urology, Robotics, orthopaedics and emergency surgery. We have 2 Da-vinchi Robots within RBH theatres. We on both elective and emergency cases. Our emergency theatre operates 24 hours per day.

Develop professionally through self development extending ownknowledge through the NMC/ HPC codes of professional conductand participate in research and learning projects ongoing in thedepartment.2. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance to Trust andDepartmental policies/procedures/standards/ guidelines andprotocols.3. Offer professional co-operation to medical/support staff in solvingcare related problems and carry out treatment as instructed todeliver quality care.4. Participate in the change process to meet future needs of theservice.5. Assist in maintenance of stock levels of all clinical equipment andsupplies.6. Contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation within theTrust essence of care programme.7. Be aware of procedure for complaints from relatives, patients andstaff and inform the line manager of any untoward incidents andparticipate in the clinical incident reporting process.8. Co-ordinate the arrival and departure of patients in accordance withlocal policy, incorporating escort of patients, where applicable.9.
