What the job involves This role involves supporting children, young people, and families where there is a Child In Need Plan. You will work with families on the edge of Local Authority care, directly supporting children and empowering parents to meet their children's needs. The position requires working with various agencies as part of the 'team around the family' and may involve working outside regular office hours. Record-keeping, producing reports, and following safeguarding policies are also key components of the job.
