Our client, based in South Yorkshire, are looking for a Plan Coordinator to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Position : EHCP Caseworker / Plan Coordinator Rate : £250 per day Contract Duration : Ongoing / Temporary Purpose : Manage and deliver SEND processes, ensuring Education, Health and Care Plans are completed and reviewed. Job Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate EHCP processes across a caseload Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and Code of Practice Work with families, schools, and professionals to co-produce plans Prepare reports and casework for panels, tribunals, and reviews Monitor performance and support service improvements Job Requirements: Experience working within SEND services Knowledge of SEND legislation and Code of Practice Experience working with families and multi-agency partners Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage caseloads and meet deadlines Enhanced DBS required Please be advised that only candidates that have the specific skills and experiences required for this role will be shortlisted and submitted to our client for review.
