Our client, a member of the Big Four, are seeking paralegals to support a busy project involving hard copy document handling and the locating of original files.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, good organisation skills, and experience working with physical case files or archive material.
Key Responsibilities
* Locating and retrieving original hard copy documents
* Supporting a structured hard copy document exercise
* Filing, indexing, and organising physical records
* Ensuring documents are tracked accurately and handled securely
* Working closely with the wider team to meet project deadlines
Key Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
* Comfortable working with large volumes of physical documents
* Reliable, organised, and able to follow process
* Previous legal, compliance, or document-handling experience is beneficial (but not essential)
This role is due to run for 4-5 months, and is based on-site in Essex.
