Are you highly organised, people-focused, and ready to make an impact in a growing business? We're looking for a Business Support Executive to become a vital part of our small energetic team. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same — you'll be at the heart of our operations, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Applicants are encouraged with and without digital marketing experience.

What You'll Do

* Be the first point of contact, handling customer and supplier enquiries with professionalism and care.
* Coordinate and arrange customer and supplier meetings, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
* Prepare and manage essential customer documentation including quotations, contracts, and budget figures.
* Oversee supplier information, both in-store and digitally, while reconciling deliveries and invoices.
* Maintain accurate records in line with data protection requirements.
* Keep on top of day-to-day office administration, ensuring everything is organised and efficient.
* Support our online presence by creating engaging content, managing social platforms, and responding to customer interactions.
* Analyse social media data and develop creative strategies to grow engagement and reach.

* Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking abilities.
* Confidence with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (essential).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
