About You
You will be able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of teaching, learning and personalisation strategies and be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of monitoring and evaluating whilst improving the standard of achievement for all students. You will be confident in your abilities to teach effectively across all Key Stages. You will be adept in creating a supportive, encouraging and safe learning environment for students of all diverse backgrounds.

* Be an outstanding practitioner in the subject with a clear direction and vision for teaching and promoting the subject across the curriculum;
