The M25 is one of our flagship projects in the UK, serving as the most used part of the UK Strategic Road Network, with over 200,000 vehicles per day. It is a critical infrastructure asset for personal and goods transport into and around London. We are seeking a Health & Safety (H&S) Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring processes to manage health, safety, and wellbeing risks within the project. * Monitoring the delivery of the communication strategy to keep HSW on the operational agenda and reporting on communication effectiveness.
* Supporting the delivery of appropriate HSW training based on project needs.
* Supporting or undertaking targeted inspections of HSW management systems and supply chain audits, tracking and supporting actions to close out issues.
* Managing own diary and stakeholder communications to plan, schedule, and conduct inspections and HSW discussions with site and depot teams.
* Preparing and communicating reports and presentations detailing performance data, inspection findings, and actions to close out issues.
* Representing the HSW function positively during meetings and conference calls.
