The Department of Infectious Disease is seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to fill the role of Undergraduate Administrator (part-time, 4 days a week) to support our Undergraduate clinical teaching, specifically the Year 5 (MBBS) Child Health and Pathology specialities.
As the Undergraduate Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to these two specialities, collaborating closely with the speciality Leads, and course teams in the School of Medicine.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a vibrant Education team supporting post undergraduate students in the Department.
You will be providing comprehensive, administrative and management support to ensure the efficient delivery and smooth running of Undergraduate clinical teaching, specifically Year 5 (MBBS) Child Health and Year 5 (MBBS) Pathology. Working closely with the Course Organisers and Academic team you will establish good working relationships with academic and administrative staff within the Infectious Disease Department, as well as other staff across the Faculty of Medicine (FoM) and College central services (including the Faculty of Education and Undergraduate School).
Due to the nature and responsibilities of the role, it is onsite and in-person. However, some opportunities and flexibility will be provided for remote work.

1. Applicants should be educated to degree level or equivalent, have experience in a similar role in the HE Sector, with experience and understanding of medical education and working in NHS trusts.
