Overview
Northern Marine Manning Services are currently looking to recruit experienced LNG Second Engineers throughout 2025. All of our client's LNG vessels feature WinGD X-DF dual-fuel engines and GTTs NO96 L03 + containment system. f you are interested in this role please click the apply button below.
Experience Required
You must have at least 12 months at sea as a 2nd Engineer to be considered for the position. Experience sailing on XDF engines is highly preferred.
Essential Certification
* MEDICAL FIRST AID
* STCW ADVANCED MN FIRE FIGHTING
* STCW ELEMENTARY FIRST AID
* STCW FIRE PREVENTION AND FIRE FIGHTING
* STCW PERSONAL SAFETY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* STCW PERSONAL SURVIVAL TECHNIQUES
* STCW PROF. IN ADV GAS TANKER CARGO OPS
* STCW PROFICIENCY IN BASIC GAS TANKER CARGO OPS
* STCW PROFICIENCY IN SURVIVAL CRAFT AND RESCUE BOAT
* STCW SEAFARERS WITH DESIGNATED SECURITY DUTIES
* STCW SECURITY AWARENESS
