Resource Advisor – Professional Services
Location: Milton Keynes (with some UK travel)
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 DOE

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to optimise resource deployment, drive utilisation, and support talent strategy across the business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and have a commercial mindset, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Partner with business leaders to understand client and project resource needs
* Drive utilisation and advise on resourcing best practice
* Balance conflicting demands to achieve the best commercial outcomes
* Analyse utilisation reports and assist with forecasting and deployment decisions
* Support onboarding of contingent workers and process improvements
What we’re looking for:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Previous experience in professional services (highly advantageous)
* Commercial mindset with strong Excel skills
* Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage workload under pressure
* Proactive attitude toward change and continuous improvement
