Hourly Rate: £12.20

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
2. Manage phone calls and emails efficiently, ensuring clear communication.
3. Handle scheduling and appointments, keeping the office running smoothly.
4. Perform general administrative duties to support the team and enhance productivity.
5. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, embodying our commitment to excellence.
What We're Looking For:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. A friendly, approachable attitude with a knack for multitasking.
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
5. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus!
