Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning Designer, based in London. The Learning Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative learning experiences, developing curricula, and managing digital learning initiatives. Key daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams and clients to create tailored training programs, managing learning management systems, and incorporating instructional design principles to meet organizational learning goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management practices
Strong skills in Instructional Design and Digital Learning methodologies
Experience in Curriculum Development and creating customized learning solutions
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in corporate learning
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field is preferred
