Working within Community Operations supporting the Greenspace Assets Team, you will provide an administrative, technical and personnel support service. You will be responsible for processing and collating of all personnel data and preparing statistical reports. You will also be required to assist in planning, co-ordinating and scheduling administrative support of the Arbor team. You will be required to respond to requests for information and services. You will also be responsible for monitoring, operating and effective management of office information systems. You will also be required to deal with general enquiries from members of the public and assist in initiatives and projects of the team.
You will have moderate previous experience of working in an administrative environment. You will have excellent IT and organisational skills with the ability to process financial information and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. With the ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative, you will also be able communicate clearly and effectively.
Work pattern:
35 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 08:45 till 16:45.
