Job Description
Platform Engineers with strong knowledge around Azure and Kubernetes are wanted to become a big part of the systems team within a well known FinTech company.

Daily Responsibilities:
* Running and improving Azure cloud infrastructure to keep things fast, reliable and resilient.
* Managing Kubernetes at scale – deploying workloads, setting up Helm charts, using tools like ArgoCD, Flux, and more.
* Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
* Writing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or OpenTofu.
* Automating deployment and operations tasks with PowerShell.
* Working closely with dev teams to keep things running smoothly and reliably.
* Keeping a close eye on things using tools like Datadog, Azure Monitor, and App Insights.
Technical Summary:
* Experience in a Platform, Infra, or DevOps role
* Strong Azure experience – ideally running 24x7 production systems
* Solid Kubernetes skills – you’ve deployed and managed clusters in the wild
* Confident with Terraform/OpenTofu for IaC
* Good grasp of CI/CD workflows (Azure DevOps is a plus)
* Comfortable scripting in PowerShell
* You know your way around observability tools
* Great communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
The successful Platform Engineer will earn up to £90,000 and in addition there are exceptional benefits which come as part of the overall package including: 15% bonus, 15% pension, training budget, weekly team lunches, travel loans and numerous soft leisurely benefits. The team has a new and modern work space and collaborates on-site 1 or 2 days a week.
