Basic Salary: £22,369.35
Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Term Time, Full Time

Your Role
As a One to One Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pupils' educational journeys. Your responsibilities will include:
* Mentoring and supporting one pupil or a small group of no more than five.
* Assisting the Classroom Teacher during lessons.
* Reporting on pupils' progress and collaborating with staff to meet their needs.
* Supervising pupils during non-classroom activities, including extracurriculars and school trips.
* Helping with lesson planning and classroom preparation.
* Setting and marking work as appropriate.
* Building positive relationships to foster interaction and learning outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A strong educational background, ideally to A-level, with at least GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics.
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
* Experience working with pupils with SEMH in an educational setting.
* Confidence to lead in a specialism (e.g., Reading, Mathematics, Forest School).
* Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
* A commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
* Willingness to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, with costs covered by ISP.
