* Build proactive monitoring, alerting, and rapid incident response processes
* Balance feature development with technical debt reduction
* Integrate AI-driven capabilities to enhance security and user experience
What you’ll bring
* Experience leading software or technical teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
* Strong commercial C++ experience with complex systems
* Experience with large, multi-component systems and distributed team practices
* Background in observability and logging
* Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automated deployments (e.g., Terraform, Helm, Flux)
