The Motor volume area is a fast paced, high-volumedepartment defending a range of cases from low value up to £100k.You will be working alongside a friendly and approachable department who will share their skillset and knowledge to help you succeed in the role leading to a number of opportunities for progression. Supporttheleadershipoftheteambycontributingtoapositive,productiveworkingenvironmentandidentifyingopportunitiesforcontinuousimprovement.
Provideday-to-daysupervisionandguidancetolitigationexecutives,ensuringhigh-qualitytechnicalperformanceandcompliancewithsupervisionprocedures.
Delivertrainingandmentoringtolegalapprenticesandjuniorteammembers,helpingtobuildcapabilityandconfidenceacrosstheteam.
Assistinthedeliveryofoperationalperformancemetrics,includingrevenuetargetsandtimelybilling.
Contributetotheeffectiveservicedeliveryforallocatedclients,supportingconsistentresponsetimes,escalationprocesses,andSLAcompliance.
Participateinqualitycontrolprocesses,includingcasesamplingandauditactivity,tomaintainhighstandardsoffilehandling.
Engagewithclients,insurers,andthirdpartiesprofessionallytomaintainstrongworkingrelationshipsanddeliverexcellentservice.
Supportwideroperationalinitiatives,includingtraining,ITchanges,andHRprocesses,asrequired.
