Talent Acquisition Manager
Hounslow - Must be comfortable doing 3 days in the office, Tue/Wed/Thu
Contract Length / Type – 6 month FTC
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who will play a key role in delivering high-quality, inclusive recruitment solutions across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with senior leaders, People Business Partners, and hiring managers to shape workforce capability, enhance candidate experience, and deliver diverse, high-quality hires aligned to business goals.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines.
Strong background in direct sourcing, volume hiring, campaign management and assessment centres.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Leadership experience (line management or mentoring/coaching).
Strong project management and organisational capability.
Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Demonstrated experience embedding equity, diversity and inclusion into hiring processes.
What You'll Be Doing (Short Version)
Partner with leaders and hiring managers to plan hiring and provide market insights.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
Lead sourcing, attraction campaigns, and talent pipelining.
Drive team performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement using data and ATS insights.
Support employer branding, events, and external talent partnerships.
Ensure fair selection processes and compliance with hiring regulations and policies.
Promote diversity, inclusion, and use of digital tools to improve hiring efficiency.
Desirable:
Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, psychometric tools (e.g. SHL, Saville, Belbin), and HRIS/onboarding systems.
