Job Description

Onboarding Assistant £16.00 – 18.00 per hour Greenford 5 days in Office 1 month Temporary Assignment We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, high-calibre Onboarding Assistant. This role offers exposure across all aspects of the business and would be well suited to a highly organised HR/Talent Administrator with excellent attention to detail who is looking to grow their career and is eager to learn new skills. What You'll Do:

* Be the first point of contact for all onboarding queries from new starters and hiring managers.
* Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a seamless employee experience.
* Prepare and issue contracts of employment, offer letters, and new starter documentation.
* Carry out pre-employment checks, including right to work verification and reference requests.
* Schedule induction sessions and ensure new employees have the necessary equipment, system access, and information before their start date.
* Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems in a timely manner.
* Liaise with internal departments to support a smooth transition for new employees into the business.
* Monitor onboarding activities and follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure compliance.
* Provide administrative support to the wider HR team as required.
* Contribute to continuous improvements in onboarding processes and employee experience initiatives.

What You'll Need:

* Previous experience as a Human Resources Administrator, Onboarding Coordinator, or within an HR administration role.
* Previous experience in a support role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
* Experience using HR systems and managing employee records is desirable.
* A passion for delivering an outstanding employee experience from day one.
